New Events Overview

The New Events module in the Church Management System allows administrators to create and publish church calendar events that appear in the Events section of the mobile app dashboard. Members can view upcoming services, programs, and gatherings directly from their phones.

Using this module you can:

  • Schedule any type of church event including services, prayer meetings, camps, and concerts.
  • Assign events to specific fellowship sub-groups or make them visible church-wide.
  • Set precise event dates and time slots.
  • Add a descriptive summary so members know what to expect.
  • Edit past and upcoming events at any time from the New Event List.

Navigating to New Events

  1. From the main navigation menu, click New Events (or the equivalent option such as Events depending on your menu label).
  2. You will land on the New Event List screen, which displays all previously created events.
  3. To create a new event, click the Add New button in the top-right corner of the list.
